Our Booking Process

We want to partner with you. We are here to add value to your meeting and/or conference. This includes being highly communicative and easy to work with. 


Below is an outline of our booking process and what you can expect.

2. Discovery Call

This is where we learn more about your event, your objectives, your hopes, your wants, your fears, and what we can do to help you achieve your goals and avoid your fears. We talk through your ideal presentation for your event. The discovery call takes place over Zoom and can be recorded for all parties.

3. Proposal/Contract

We take everything we learned during our discovery call and create a customized proposal and contract. This proposal and contract is emailed to you within 24 hours of the discovery call.

4. Book Travel

Once the contract is signed and the deposit paid, your event is officially on our event calendar, and we immediately book our own airline and hotel accommodations. We provide arrival times and hotel details to you, via email, to ensure transparency and ease fears. 

***We also start researching and customizing our content for your event.

5. Promotional Content

We want to help you promote your event! We offer event specific promo videos, social media posts, newsletters, and/or blog posts at no additional charge. Just let us know how we can serve you!

6. Pre-Event Meeting

3 weeks prior to the event, we meet to learn more about your event, get feedback on the customization of our content, firm up logistics, discuss event promotion and anything else we can do to be of service to your organization. During this meeting we will also schedule our debrief meeting for 1-2 weeks after the event. The pre-event meeting takes place over Zoom and can be recorded for all parties.

7. Pre-Event Logistics

1 week prior to the event, we will re-confirm all travel and event logistics with you via email.

8. Arrival

Unless our schedule does not allow, we will arrive a day prior to the event to minimize the potential for travel disruptions. We will be in communication with you the entire time (unless you prefer we not), notifying you of our departure, landing, arrival to hotel, and even confirm the morning of the event that we are on our way to the venue.

9. Related Social Events

We will make best efforts to attend any event related social events you wish for us to attend, related to the same conference/meeting/event, immediately prior to or after the speaking engagement.

10. Tech Rehearsal

Immediately prior to the speaking event, we will attend a tech rehearsal in the presentation space. We will work candidly with your tech crew for mic check, slide performance, and ensure a seamless performance of all/other presentation technology.

11. Event

All presentations are customized to be relevant to the audience's industry and meeting/conference goals. We always have extra material on hand, should there be a need to extend the presentation. In the event other portions of the event go long, we are also able to shorten our presentations while still delivering optimum value.

12. Debrief Call

1-2 weeks after the event, we will meet to debrief the event. This meeting is scheduled during the pre-event meeting and takes place over Zoom. During this meeting you can share any feedback you have for us about the success of the event.
